The planter Arthur had used to view Kandy City by standing on a stone seat under a tree situated in front of his bungalow. Now the bungalow is owned by one Mr. Obeysekera, and the place where Mr. Arthur had used is being used at present as a viewing point for the visitors both local and international. The place at present appeared as a viewing point where the visitors used to stand on the road pavement and one symbolic chair on the rubble masonry is being used by the visitors taking a seat for photographs.
